5:30 A.M.- Transfer from Hotel to airport

Our representative will pick you up from your hotel in the early morning and drop you off at the domestic terminal’s departure gate. The domestic terminal of Tribhuvan International Airport is only 5–10 minutes away from the international terminal.

6:00 A.M-Check-in at the Helicopter counter

Once you are dropped off at the exit gate, your additional processing will start. Keep your passport and ticket in your hand at all times. You may depend on our agent to help you with your luggage and check-in. When flying over the Annapurna base camp, our chopper crew will weigh the passenger and request copies of their passports.

6:30 A.M-Take-off from Kathmandu to Pokhara

As soon as the pilot receives approval from the airport tower, your flight will officially depart from Kathmandu towards Pokhara. Stunning mountain ranges and the historic center of Kathmandu will be visible from above.

7:15 A.M-Refueling at Pokhara

After a 45-minute picturesque flight from Kathmandu, you’ll arrive at Pokhara airport. For 15 to 30 minutes, the helicopter stops here to refuel. You can take a quick break here.

8:10 A.M-Take-off from Pokhara to Annapurna Base Camp

You’ll enjoy a beautiful flight to the Annapurna Base Camp after refueling in Pokhara. The city of Pokhara will be seen from above. Pokhara is a lakeside city with beautiful landscape that may be observed from a helicopter. Beautiful mountain ranges like as the Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Manaslu, Lamjung, and Machhapuchre (Fishtail) mountain ranges may also be seen.
