Term and condition contain is very important topic while you are booking adventure trekking, tour and activity with Graceful adventure travel. The term and condition contain says Procured of booking, Cancelation Policy, refund system of the company. We are suggested to you (client) to read carefully and understand clearly before booking any package of Graceful Adventure Travel. This is the legally binding agreement between YOU (client) and Graceful Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd (company) Registered company num 13081/072/073. While you are booking than you are accepting our Policy. The booking and cancelation policy is given below on detailed.

Booking and Payment Policy.

To make a trip booking you must completely fill the booking form and send a passport copy, with passport size photo on company email. Total Cost of 30% amount for Nepal trip and 40% for Tibet, Bhutan and Kailash trip send us for the conformation. Rest of amount paid before departure in Kathmandu for Nepal trip, Bhutan Kailash and Tibet you have to pay before 20 days the departure date. You can pay through Booking deposit, Bank transfer, Online banking card and Money transfer. Our Banking details is given below.

Your credit card charged by (MEGA BANK CREDIT CARD DEVISION) on behalf of Graceful adventure Travel P. Ltd. There will be 4% surcharge to bank when you make a credit card payment.

Nepal tour and trekking Cancellation and Postponed policy of Graceful adventure Travel

• If 30 days before cancel your trip than 20% amount will be charged on the cost. Deducted the amount of flight ticket
• If 10 days before cancel your trip than 30% amount will be charged on the cost. Deducted the amount of flight ticket.
• If last minute cancelled the booking than all money is non-refundable.
• If 10 days before postponed your trip than we will postponed free.
• If last minute postponed the trip than 50% charge on the cost. Deducted the amount of flight ticket.

Cancellation and Postponed policy for Bhutan, Kailash and Tibet trip from guest.

• If 30 days before cancel the trip we will charged 20 % amount. Deducted amount of the flight ticket.
• If 20 days before cancel the trip than 100% is not nonrefundable.
• If 20 days before postponed the trip than we will postponed free. You have to paid flight ticket postponed charged.
• If 10 days before postponed the trip you have to paid visa fee and flight ticket postponed charged.
• If last minute postponed the trip than it will be not refundable.

Cancellation from Graceful Adventure travel

The company reserves the right to cancel any trip you booked unless guaranteed to run.

Graceful Adventure Travel reserves the right to cancel any trip, including a guaranteed trip, prior to departure due to reason beyond its control (natural disasters, flight cancellation, consequences of strikes, industrial action, wars, government intervention, and weather condition. In that case we are refund your full trip cost.

Graceful Adventure Travel is not responsible any incidental expenses or consequential losses. On that case client may have to incur as a result of the booking such as visas, nonrefundable ticket, vehicle parking and other losses.

Travel Insurance.

When you are booking trip with Graceful Adventure Travel, Travel Insurance is compulsory for you. We cannot accepted without Your Insurance. Your insurance must cover accidents, Injury, illness , death medical expenses, including any related to pre-existing medical conditions, emergency evacuation .(Including helicopter rescue and air ambulance where applicable) and your valuable things (Like camera, phone, luggage etc.)

You must be paid any emergency evacuation must be paid in cash in Nepal otherwise your travel insurance company has to pay agreed on your behalf.

Flight cancelled and delay

Nepal is landlocked country some Time Mountain are hazy so flight gone be delay, cancelled. On that case our itinerary is change that time client gone be responsible. The client bear the additional cost (his/her accommodation, food and guide fee). Some time we trying to fly helicopter that time adding cost out of flight ticket has to pay by guest.

Adding days

Sometime client cannot walk during the trek on itineraries we have to adding the days. On that time adding the price the price is total cost by dividing days.

Valuable Things and Passport

You can keep your valuable thing (passport, camera, Money and important document) by yourself. If you loose on the way we are not responsible that things.

Privacy

Graceful adventure travel always keep the guest details safety. We can’t use for any other purpose. Sometime guest can so many question and we give our whole information about the company. On that time you can’t sharing our information to other.
