Terms and Condition of Scorpio Rental in Kathmandu 

• Making the reservation

Reservation of the vehicle shall be confirmed after the 25% of the cash deposit in the Graceful adventure bank account (Mega bank, Graceful Adventure travel Pvt. Ltd. acc no: 0570010153072) or via esewa(9851219412) or direct cash pay through office.

• Change of reservation

The change in travel plan shall be informed one day before the travel day and provide the next available date else the 15% charge shall be charged under no notification for change in plans.

• Cancellation of the reservation

The change in travel plan or the cancellation shall be informed 1 day before the plan but the cancellation in the reserved day shall be paid of the 20% of the trip cost.

• Vehicle repair and charges

If in case the vehicle got broken, the charges may all cost to the graceful adventure and shall take the loss.

• Interior damages

During the travel tour any internal damage like seat leather tearing, broken seat the client is deemed to pay the charged cost.

• Rules and code of conduct

The client are not allowed to smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol beverages during the travel.
