2. Changes to reservations:- If you need to reschedule or postpone your date of travel, please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your departure time. Failure to do so will result in a 15% rescheduling fee. The adjustments are subject to the availability of the vehicles on the new preferred date.
3. Cancellation policy:- For any cancellation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations of booking on the same day will incur 20% of the total rent as a cancellation charge.
4. Vehicle breakdowns:- In the event of a mechanical defect or breakdown during the rental period, which is unlikely, Graceful Adventure Travel will be responsible for repair costs and will make every attempt to minimize inconvenience to your journey.
5. Responsibility for damages:- Clients will be responsible for any interior damage to the vehicle during rental, including torn seat covers, broken fixtures, or misuse of the vehicle. Repair or replacement fees will be charged accordingly.
6. Passenger conduct:- Smoking and drinking of alcoholic beverages are prohibited inside all rental vehicles. Clients are requested to maintain proper etiquette and treat the driver and condition of the vehicle with respect throughout the journey.
